IN DEFENSE OF FUN IN RIDGEWOOD, NJ ON AUG. 26

Join us in recreating our suburban environment - from one of repetition and isolation to excitement and community.
August 26th - In defense of fun, against the monotony of modern urbanism.

Our everyday lives are boring. From where we work to when we sleep, when we go to school and where we play, every aspect of our lives is beyond our control. We have to work, to shop, and to go to school to survive, but these repetitive activities deprive us of what make us really alive: freedom, creativity, spontaneity, adventure, and love. One way we can begin to take our lives back is by reclaiming the areas of our towns set aside for commerce and using them as playgrounds. Join us in recreating our suburban environment - from one of repetition and isolation to excitement and community.
